HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.36784 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the complaint dated 09.10.2017 as FIR is illegal, improper, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice, unconstitutional and consequently direct the 4th respondent to register the complaint submitted by the petitioner on dated 09.10.2017 as FIR forthwith, and pass....."

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that police have registered F.I.R and taken up investigation. In view of the subsequent developments, no further order is necessary. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
