Petitioner is an infrastructure company, challenge the notification issued under Section of the Right to Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act, 2013') dated 08.08.2018 and published on 23.08.2018. 2.

Heard Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government pleader for Land Acquisition for respondents 1 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Irrigation for respondents 5 to 7.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, even before the exemption power is exercised by the competent authority, Section 11 notification is issued and the same is illegal. He also submits that even before the procedure is followed, possession of petitioner's property is sought to be taken.

On instructions, learned Assistant Government pleader submits that notification was published in the Gazette before issuing Section 11 notification and that the lands of the petitioner will not be acquired without following the due process. 5.

In view of the said statement of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the apprehension expressed by the petitioner is no more valid.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
