Counsel appearing for both the parties submit that the prayer in the instant writ petition is covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.19046 of and batch and W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014. The statement is placed on record and the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch and order dated 13.04.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014. No order as to costs.

The Registry is directed to enclose the copies of orders in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch and W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
