HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41048 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioners is that they have filed revision before the 2nd respondent along with stay petition against the proceedings vide D.Dis.B/1616/2018, dated 18.01.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, since it is stated that statutory revision filed by the petitioners is pending before the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the affected parties.
