HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No. 36445 of 2017 O R D E R:- Sri Gade Venkateswara Rao, counsel for the petitioner, after trying to persuade this Court for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and avoid inviting a finding on merits, seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition and would like to represent to respondents on subsequent developments for expeditious investigation.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
