Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Srikakulam has issued proceedings dated 28.02.2015 referring the case as 'false' in Cr.No.217 of 2014 and notice was also sent to the petitioner with regard to referring the case as 'false'.

By recording the statement of the Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out remedies under the Code of Criminal Procedure. No order as to costs.
