This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not disposing of the representations dated 12.10.2015 and 22.10.2018 submitted by the petitioner for removal of entries in favour of respondents 5 & 6 duly entering the name of the petitioner in online revenue records. Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, since it is stated that the representations of the petitioner are pending, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 12.10.2015 and 22.10.2018, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to affected parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
