Heard Mr Syam Sundar Kondapalli for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home).

The petitioner complains against the alleged interference by 2nd respondent in an alleged civil dispute at the instance of respondents 4 ad 5, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader basing on telephonic instructions received from 2nd respondent submits that there is no case pending against the petitioner and the presence of petitioner is also not required in any other pending matter. The alleged interference is denied. It is further stated, if at all, the presence of petitioner is required in any pending matter, the presence of petitioner is summoned in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is disposed of by placing on record the above statements. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
