HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38961 of 2017 ORDER:

The Victims Association of Sai Bhavani Chit Funds India Limited/petitioner complains against the slow investigation resulting in not filing charge sheet in Crime No.181 of 2016 of Chirala I Town Police Station, Chirala, Prakasam Distrtict as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Government Pleader (Home) basing on written instructions dated 21.11.2017 submits that the fourth respondent is on the verge of completing investigation and the charge sheet/report under Section-173 of Criminal Procedure Code as the circumstances warrant would be filed within two months from today.

The submission of the Investigation Officer is accepted. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
