Heard Mr P.S.P.Suresh Kumar for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The instant writ petition is filed complaining in action of respondents on the written complaint dated 19.09.2017 and also direct the respondents to conduct enquiry into the complaint in accordance with law.

The Assistant Government Pleader on oral instructions submits that the written complaint dated 19.09.2017 has been registered on 19.10.2017 in Crime No.127 of 2017 under Sections 427 and 506 of I.P.C. and the grievance is untenable. From the above, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner is substantially attended to and answered by respondents. Hence, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
