HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.38853 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not registering the case against the 6th respondent, on the complaints submitted by the petitioner, respectively, on 18.10.2017 and 26.10.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, during the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 5, furnished a copy of the complaint in F.I.R. No.389 of 2017, dated 28.11.2017, on the file of Gudur I Town Police station, Sri Potti Sri Ramulu Nellore district, for the offences under Section 509 I.P.C. and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w)(i) and Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention Of Atrocities) Act, 1989, alleged to have been lodged against the 6th respondent, and the investigation is pending, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
