HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.34319 OF 2017 ORDER:

The Notice, dated 09.08.2017, issued by the 4th respondentmandal Executive Magistrate & Tahsildar, Peddapappuru Mandal, invoking Section 145 of Criminal Procedure Code is challenged before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.).

It is not necessary for this Court to delve into the matter any further, inasmuch as, in response to the Notice dated 09.08.2017, issued by the 4th respondent, the petitioner has submitted his explanation on 16.08.2017 and the 4th respondent is yet to pass orders.

Since the petitioner has already filed his explanation and enquiry is required to be conducted, the 4th respondent shall conclude the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits after taking into consideration of the respective submissions, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall also stand closed.
