Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

This writ petition is filed alleging inaction in the investigation pursuant to FIR.No.348 of 2018 registered in the Gachibowli Police Station.

03. Learned Government Pleader based on written instructions submits that investigation was completed and final report was also filed before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate's Court on 11-03-2019, but yet to receive the acknowledgment of filing of report and allotting of number.

04. Since investigation is already completed and even final report is also filed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
