HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.35529 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against slow investigation or not completing the investigation in Crime No.84 of 2016 on the file of 3rd respondent as illegal.

The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions dated 27.10.2017 and the operative portion reads thus:

"It is submitted that the investigating officer has so far examined (6) witnesses and recorded their statements. Further investigation is in progress. It is submitted that there is no deliberate or intentional delay in completion of investigation in the case. The investigating officer is trying to complete the investigation within a period of two months and file final report u/s. 173 Cr.P.C. before the concerned Hon'ble Court without any delay."

The statement of Inspector of Police & SHO, Inaguduru is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
