The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 29.06.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.64 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.43 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs & STs (POA) Act-cum-VIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, West Godavari at Eluru. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested a direction to the Court below to dispose of Crl.A.No.43 of as expeditiously as possible.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and as requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the Court below to dispose of Crl.A.No.43 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
