HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 1 4 1 0 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Elkathurthy Police Station, Warangal District, , are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read under: - "It is submitted that the petitioner to declare the action of the respondent No.3 for not registering the complaint of the petitioner, dated 22.10.2018, against the respondent No.4 to 6 by cheating and performing of the 2nd marriage of the respondent No.4 with the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and consequently and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
It is further submitted that as per writ averments, the petitioner sent a complaint and approached the Police Station and submitted the petition dated 22.10.2018 failing that submitted a petition to take action.
It is further submitted that the petitioner approached the Police Station and submitted a petition dated 22.10.2018 and take necessary action. Immediately after receiving the complaint made a G.D. entry and after verified the contents of the complaint, he came to know that it does not disclose any offence. Hence, we have not registered F.I.R. and the same was informed to the petitioner through RPAD dated 16.11.2018.
Hence, I deny all the allegations made by the petitioner are false and baseless. In view of the above mentioned facts, it is prayed that the this
Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the Writ Petition."
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Elkathurthy Police Station, Warangal District.
