The petitioner complains inaction in registering complaint dated 26.07.2017, as illegal and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the annexures filed along with the writ affidavit do not evidence acknowledgment of complaint dated 26.07.2017. On the contrary, an old acknowledgment of the year 2012 is filed as one of the annexures.

After perusing the material on record, this Court is of the view that the inaction cannot be entertained with the averments or annexures filed by the petitioner.

The petitioner is given liberty to follow the procedure and inaction, if still continues, he can file fresh writ petition. By granting liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
