Heard Mr T.D.Phani Kumar, counsel for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The petitioners pray for the following relief: "....Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the Respondent No.3 in interfering with the civil disputes in between the Petitioners and unofficial Respondents and thereby threatening the Petitioners to handover the possession of land to an extent of Ac.8.259 in Sy.No.13/2 and 8/2 of Ramajogi Agraharam and Ac.4cents in Sy.No.50 of Jayanthi Agraharam, Bheemilipatnam is illegal, arbitrary........." Learned Government Pleader (Home) on instructions submits that 3rd respondent is neither independently nor at the instance of 4th and 5th respondents is interfering in civil dispute.

The statement is placed on record.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
