The prayer is against inaction of 2nd respondent in considering and granting licence for manufacturing fire works in an extent of Ac .0-271⁄2 cents in Sy.No.10/ 2A of Yendapalli Revenue Village, Kotauratla Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader, places on record, endorsement dated 26.04.2017, wherein the request for grant of licence was rejected.

Sri K.Jyothi Prasad, having received the copy of endorsement, dated 26.04.2017, seeks liberty to work out remedies against endorsement dated 26.04.2017 in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
