The only grievance of the petitioners is that they made applications on 19-02-2018, 14-03-2018 for sub-division of subject lands and paid fees through online. As the same is not being disposed of, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that it is a case of dispute with neighbours. As such, the applications of the petitioner cannot be considered. It is to be seen that when the applications of the petitioners are pending before the competent authority, it is for him to consider the same in accordance with law. In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the applications of the petitioners in accordance with law and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
