Smt. Vakacharla Nagaratnam, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. By Its Principal Secretary
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.35124 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard Mr V.V.N.Narayana Rao, counsel for petitioners and Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The complaint of petitioners is that the complaints filed on 09.06.2017 and 05.07.2017 against respondents 5 to 8 are not registered by respondents 2 to 4 much less enquiry and investigation was undertaken.
At request of Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition has been passed over for the day and directed to be listed today.
The Assistant Government Pleader placed on record the copy of General Diary dated 09.06.2017 wherein after receiving the complaints from the petitioner, the case was registered in Crime No.129 of 2017 and final report was filed stating that the dispute is civil in nature and accordingly, the complaints were closed.
Mr V.V.N.Naryana Rao contends that the understanding of complaint by respondents is incorrect much less investigation is undertaken in this behalf. He further fairly states that the investigation, if undertaken
on right lines and any communication is given to petitioners, the petitioners may be given liberty to pursue all the available remedies against such communication. The statement of Mr V.V.N.Narayana Rao is placed on record.
Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
