THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.35107 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr C.R.Kalyan for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

The petitioner complains against the inaction of respondents in taking up the investigation in FIR.No.221/2016 and complete the same within reasonable time as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the investigation is at final stage and final report would be filed within two (02) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of by placing on record the statement of 3rd respondent.

The petitioner is given liberty to file copy of this order, so that the 3rd respondent completes the investigation as undertaken before this Court.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
