HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.36587 OF 2017 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in maintaining of house suspects against the petitioner and harassing the petitioner by calling him to police station regularly as arbitrary and illegal.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner confined his arguments to the extent of giving a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation to be filed by the petitioner ventilating his grievance and informing that the case against him is ended in acquittal. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file representation before the respondentspolice informing that the case against him is ended in acquittal and no case is pending against him. On filing such representation, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
