The case of the petitioners that they filed appeal Nos 4592, 4593 and 4593 of 2017 respectively, dated 13-10-2017 before the 3rd respondent under Section 9 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act aggrieved by the orders dated 14-08-2017 passed by the 4th respondent rejecting their applications for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of land to an extent of Ac.6-54 cents, Ac.3-27 cents and Ac.3-27 cents in sy.No.184 respectively situated at Sankavaram Village H/o.Machavaram, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District. Without passing any orders in the said appeals, the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioners from the subject lands. Hence the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions stating that the appeals are posted to 17-11-2018 and after hearing the matters, necessary orders will be passed.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible after hearing the parties, in accordance with law. Till then, status-quo

- 2 - regarding possession over the subject lands shall be maintained.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
