The only grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is alleged interference of the official respondents herein in civil disputes. 2.

A counter affidavit deposed by the Inspector of Police & SHO, Alipiri Police Station, Tirupati Urban Police District/third respondent herein is filed and paragraph 8 of the said counter reads as under: "8.

It is submitted that I have never interfered with the civil dispute of the petitioners and the 4th respondent herein nor recorded the false statement, as alleged in the writ petition. All other allegations of the petitioner in this regard against the third respondent are totally false, baseless and hereby specifically denied.

While referring to the same, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the said averments at paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit may be placed on record and the writ petition can be disposed of. 4.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of, by placing on record the above said averments of paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
