THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 37533 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Srikanth Reddy holding for Mr.G.L.Narsimha Rao, counsel for petitioner, and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents.

The Writ Prayer is complaining against inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in registering FIR on complaint dated 5.5.2017. The Assistant Government Pleader, basing on instructions received from 3rd respondent, submits that on receiving the complaint by registered post with acknowledgment due, the same was registered. The 3rd respondent made G.D. entry, conducted preliminary enquiry into the allegations in the complaint and is ready to inform the outcome of preliminary enquiry, within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to the petitioner.

The statement of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record.

The petitioner, if aggrieved, by communication received from 3rd respondent, is free to work out remedies in accordance with law. Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
