Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's representation dt.14-12-2015 for release of Mahindra Bolero Van bearing Regn. No.AP 23 x 0238 is not being considered by respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Forests states that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 will consider petitioner's representation dt.14-12-2015 and pass orders thereon within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to dispose of petitioner's representation dt.14-12-2015 for release of the above vehicle and communicate the said order to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
