THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.37630 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr B.Raju, counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The inaction in disposing of the representation dated 30.10.2017 is complained in this writ petition. At the instance of petitioner Crime No.84 of 2017 is already registered, investigation completed and charge sheet is also filed in C.C.No.1840 of 2017. During the pendency of criminal case, the petitioner is apprehending further threat from respondent Nos.4 to 7. Hence, the writ petition.

The respondent Nos.4 to 7 inspite of receipt of notice are not appearing and filing their reply.

To meet the ends of justice, writ petition is disposed of by this order.

"The petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the representation dated 30.10.2017 by enclosing a copy of this order to 3rd respondent and 3rd respondent examines the grievance and acts in accordance with law within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy, thereafter. No order as to costs."

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
