Heard Nageswara Rao Turaga, counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The prayer of the writ petition reads as follows: "........writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in registering the FIR against the respondents 5 to 7, for their alleged offences u/s 447, 427, 506 and 509 IPC for onward investigation to take appropriate legal action in terms of the Cr.P.C. against the 5 to 7 respondents is illegal, arbitrary.........."

The Assistant Government Pleader has produced copy of FIR No.197/2017, dated 10.11.2017 registered on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.10.2017. The same is placed on record and accepted.

Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
