THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1764 of 2016 ORDER:

Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 11.02.2016 passed in W.P.No.4461 of 2016 wherein this Court directed the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 20.01.2016 made for correction of online pahani in respect of land admeasuring Acs.6.06 gts. in survey No.676/2 situated at Apparaopet Village, Dammapeta Revenue Village and Mandal, Khammam District, present Contempt Case came to be filed. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent while reporting compliance of order of this Court, placed before this Court a copy of Memo in Rc.No.B/113/2016 dated 25.07.2016 evidencing that the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected. It is further evident that copy of the memo has been served on the petitioner.

In view of the compliance reported by the learned counsel for the respondent, no further orders need be passed in this Contempt Case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petition pending in this Contempt Case, if any, shall stand closed.
