HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38623 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ..... to issue a Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering into the civil disputes/ money transactions between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 16 and directing the petitioner to make the payments as claimed by the respondents 4 to 16 under guise of alleged cheques and promissory notes is illegal and arbitrary and also violation of principles of natural justice and also lack of jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents police not to interfere into the civil disputes/ money transactions between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 16 in any manner and pass such other order or orders."

The Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on instructions, submits that police never interfered with the civil dispute between petitioner and respondents 4 to 16, as alleged by the petitioner.

By placing on record the statement of Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
