HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Writ Petition No.30570 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition petitioners seek direction thereby directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass orders on the representation, dated 17-03-2016.

Notice issued and the learned Government Pleader accepts the notice and assured this Court that representation made by petitioners shall be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court. Keeping in view of the averments made in the petition and the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, I hereby direct the respondents 2 and 3 to decide the representation, dated 17-03-2016 filed by petitioners within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and the decision taken shall be communicated to petitioners in writing within one week thereafter.

In view of the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Needless to state that if petitioners still aggrieved with the decision taken by respondents, the liberty is granted to file appropriate petition before appropriate forum.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
