THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.35605 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in continuing Rowdy-Sheet No.390-A/2007 against the petitioner, as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to discontinue the aforesaid Rowdy-Sheet.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that he would make a representation to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, North Zone, Guntur Urban, to discontinue Rowdy-Sheet No.390-A/2007 pending against him. If any representation is filed by the petitioner, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, North Zone, Guntur Urban, shall dispose of it in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
