THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No. 35100 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction against respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to dispose of the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. registered basing on the F.I.R.No. 187 of 2014.

It is contended that the proceedings are pending since 2014 though three years time has elapsed and requested to issue a direction to dispose of the proceedings initiated under Section 107 Cr.P.C. within a specified time. 3.

Acceding to the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, without adverting to the merits of the case, it is appropriate to direct respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to dispose of the proceedings in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
