THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.12139 of 2018 ORDER :

Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioner/ accused in S.C.No.151 of 2018 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for SCs/ STs Court, at Nalgonda district, outcome of Cr.No.318 of 2015 of Kodad Rural Police Station, Suryapet district, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.341, 504, 506 IPC and u/ sec.3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) amended Act, 2015 (for short, 'the Act'), along with their counsel are present. Both the parties stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences supra. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 are allowed.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.151 of 2018 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for SCs/ STs Court, at Nalgonda district, against the petitioner/ accused and he is acquitted.
