Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for respondent No.1, Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for HMDA appearing for respondent No.2, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondents 3 and 4.

2. Petitioners contend that they have applied on 28.12.2015, 29.12.2015 and 03.01.2016 vide application Nos.3000020041, 3000020730 and 3000029255 for regularization of their plots in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, but respondents 3 and 4 are not taking any action thereon.

3. Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, states that respondent No.3 will consider the petitioners' applications, referred to above, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the petitioners applications, referred to above, and pass orders within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
