HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.15707 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard Mr. M.V. Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Santosh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the Office of learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana for the respondents.

Petitioner seeks production of Ms. M. Rajahamsa, who has been missing since 23.2.2016. Petitioner has already lodged missing complaint with respondent No.4, bearing Crime No. 159 of 2016. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that after the missing complaint was lodged by the petitioner, they have recorded statements of Ms. Rajahamsa's mother and other relatives and that they specifically stated that the petitioner has no concern with Ms. Rajahamsa.

We are not inclined to enter into any controversy as such, and we are satisfied that the police are making all efforts to trace Ms. Rajahamsa. It is open to the petitioner to remain in touch with the police, if she so desires.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. __________________ DILIP B.BHOSALE, ACJ
