O R D E R
The case of the petitioner is that he paid the requisite fee and applied through Mee-Seva to respondents 3 and 4 - Tahsildar and Mandal Surveyor for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject land, and that he has been issued with notice for attending the survey on 5.6.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he was present on 5.6.2018 at the subject land, the respondents have not turn up and conducted the survey and fixed the boundaries. Hence, the writ petition.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, produced written instructions of 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, and stated that the 4th respondent is engaged with the survey of the land of Co-operative Joint Farming Societies, which is approximately more than Acs.2,000-00, for the last two months and therefore, the survey could not be conducted and that they would require some time.
In view of the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to conduct survey and fix boundaries to the subject land in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
