Heard Mr Chandra Sekhar Ilapakurti for the petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home).

The petitioners pray for the following relief: ".....writ of mandamus declaring the action of 4th and 5th respondents herein in not taking Criminal action against the respondents 6 and 7 herein basing on the written complaint of the 1st petitioner herein dated 19.10.2017, as arbitrary, autocratic, illegal ......."
