No.17849 of 2016 Dt: 24.11.2016 Common Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Writ Petition No.17849 of 2016 is filed for issue of Habeus Corpus directing respondent No.4 to produce Master Nikhil Venkata Rangappagari, aged 13 years, and Baby Shreeya Rangappagari, aged 7 years, who were shown as respondent Nos.5 and 6 respectively, before the Court and hand over their custody to the petitioner herein pursuant to Custody Order, dated 17-03-2016, passed by the Court of Common Pleas, Chester County, Pennsylvania, USA.
Following the persistent efforts made by this Court and also by the learned Counsel for the respective parties, the petitioner has filed WPMP.No.50823 of 2016 along with Memorandum of Understanding, dated 24-11-2016, containing 13 clauses, with the prayer to close the Writ Petition in terms of the same.
Both the parties have personally informed the Court that they have reunited happily and that they have decided to go to US along with their two minor children, who are respondent Nos.5 and 6.
CVNR, J & MSKJ, J in/& W.P.
