THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38744 OF 2017 ORDER:

The very fact of not receiving the complaint dated 12.08.2017 is raised by the Assistant Government Pleader (Home).

Instead of getting into enquiry on that aspect of the matter, this Court is of the view that petitioners can be given liberty to file complaint by registered post with acknowledgement due.

The Assistant Government Pleader submits that if such a complaint is received, General Diary entry would be made and the same would be enquired into.

The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
