The grievance of the petitioners is that they made a representation on 01-11-2018 for allotment of land in sy.No.1, Nayunipalli Village, Vetapalem Mandal for construction of Chenetha Bhavan and Community Hall-cum-Library. As the same is not being disposed of, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the representation made by the petitioners in accordance with law and take action accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
