Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for respondents.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the orders passedby this Court in W.P.No.24316 of 2013 and batch dt.05-09-2013 as well as order dt.04-03-2015 in W.P.No.4595 of 2015.

Following the same, this writ petition is allowed setting aside the refusal order dated 18.08.2015. There shall be consequential direction to the SubRegistrar, Podili, to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject lands without reference to the order dated 15.03.2011 of the High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010. In the event the documents presented are found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Sub-Registrar, Podili, shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
