THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38825 of 2017 ORDER:

The inaction in registering FIR and investigating the complaint dated 06.11.2017 is canvassed in the present writ petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the complaint will be enquired into and the 3rd respondent will follow the procedure and inform the outcome of enquiry on the said complaint to petitioner. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed, giving liberty to petitioner to workout the remedies, on receipt of such information. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
