HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No. 4 1 2 4 9 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - According to the instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vemsoor Police Station, Khammam District, dated 28.11.2018, in Cr.No.94 of 2018, the Investigating Officer seized the subject vehicle i.e., Bolero vehicle, bearing Regn.No.AP-07-Y2954, under cover of Panchanama in the presence of the mediators on 28.10.2018 and the same was deposited before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sathupally, by way of Form No.60, on 29.10.2018.

In view of the same, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to move an appropriate application before the concerned Court, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
