THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.464 of 2016 ORDER:
Writ Petition was disposed of by the order dated 15.09.2015 directing respondents 1 and 2 therein to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.08.2015 and to pass appropriate orders within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

On behalf of the respondents, Mr.M.Mahender filed counter, wherein at paragraph 3, he stated that in terms of the orders of this Court, notice under Section of Hyderabad Municipal Corporations Act, 1955 was issued on 20.10.2015 to the unofficial respondent in the writ petition to submit documents and sanction plan. It is also averred that ground position was verified and found that there was no encroachment of the road by the 3rd respondent in the writ petition. It is further averred in paragraph 4 that the same was sought to be communicated to the petitioner vide letter dated 12.11.2015 by enclosing a copy of the notice issued to the unofficial respondent in the writ petition, but the petitioner could not be traced. A copy of the letter is now furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as made available to the Court. 3.
In view of these facts and the averments made in the counter filed by the respondents, I see no reason to proceed with the contempt case.

Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
