Heard Mr N.V.R.Amarnath counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly in the matter of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 police in not registering the FIR basing on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 30.10.2017 against the respondents 4 and 5 is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the law and procedure as contemplated under the law and in violation of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents police to register the complaint in the interest of justice and to pass........."
After perusing the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought in the writ petition is premature. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Court after sometime. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
