Heard Mr N.V.R.Amarnath counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".........writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in receiving the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 26.10.2017 and not registering a crime basing on the said complaint and the action the respondents 2 and 3 in returning the complaint on the ground that it is a civil matter without making preliminary enquiry, as illegal, arbitrary......" After perusing the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought in the writ petition is premature. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Court after sometime. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
