The only grievance of the petitioner is that she made an application on 13-06-2018 for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of subject land to an extent of Ac.2-40 cents in R.S.No.65/3 (65/3 RU) situated in Ramireddipalli Village, Nandigama Mandal, Krishna District. As the same was not considered, the petitioner approached the 2nd respondent-District Collector. On that the 2nd respondent directed the 4th respondent to take action on the representation of the petitioner. Inspite of the same, no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 13-06-2018 and take action in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
