Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 5 and Sri J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.6.

Petitioner alleges that she is entitled to receive her share of compensation on the property bearing Sy.Nos.502/1412A, 502/1412AA, 502/1412E (old Sy.No.1412 as per 1970-71 pahani) situated at Mallepalli Village, Manuguru Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, consequent to acquiring the said properties, for the purpose of Singareni Collieries Company Limited, whereas compensation is sought to be paid only to respondents 7 to 9. It is alleged that though objections are filed long ago, so far they are not considered, but efforts are being taken to disburse the compensation to respondents 7 to 9. Hence, this writ petition.

When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government pleader submits that the compensation is not disbursed to respondents 7 to 9, and appropriate orders will be passed on the objections filed by the petitioner, before disbursing the compensation.

Recording the said statement of learned Assistant Government pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-Land Acquisition Officer to consider the

- 3 - objections filed by the petitioner, if necessary, by putting on notice the respondents 7 to 9 and take appropriate decision as warranted by law. Till a decision is made, the compensation shall not be disbursed on the above subject properties. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
